Anyone who needs a sworn legal declaration witnessed quickly and without travelling to a solicitor's office — whether for personal purposes such as a passport application or name change, or for business purposes such as commencing a Members' Voluntary Liquidation (MVL).

How it works

  1. Book online — choose your service, pick a time slot, and pay the fixed £100 fee.
  2. Join the video call — have your unsigned document and photo ID ready. The solicitor verifies your identity and witnesses you signing live on screen.
  3. Use your document — the original you signed during the call is your witnessed document. No posting required.
