StatDec Hub is an online booking platform that connects individuals and businesses with UK-qualified solicitors for remote declaration witnessing via video call. Appointments are available the same day, at a fixed fee of £100 with no hidden charges.

Who it's for

Anyone who needs a sworn declaration witnessed without travelling to a solicitor's office. Typical uses: passport applications, name changes, lost documents, and Declarations of Solvency for a Members' Voluntary Liquidation (MVL).

How it works

  1. Book online — choose your service, pick a time slot, and pay the fixed £100 fee.
  2. Join the video call — have your unsigned document and photo ID ready. The solicitor verifies your identity and witnesses you signing live on screen.
  3. Receive your document — send your signed declaration to the solicitor, who countersigns it and returns it to you by email, usually the same day.
