When you make a booking, we collect:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number
  • Your company name (if applicable)
  • Details of the declaration you require
  • Your appointment date and time
  • Payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details)

We also collect standard technical data when you use our website, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited.

3. How we use your data

We use your personal data to:

  • Process and manage your booking
  • Send booking confirmations and appointment details
  • Facilitate your video call appointment with a solicitor
  • Respond to your enquiries
  • Comply with our legal obligations

4. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of contract performance (to fulfil your booking) and legitimate interests (to operate our business). Where required by law, we will seek your consent.

  • Independent solicitors — to facilitate your appointment
  • Stripe — to process your payment securely
  • Zoom — to create and host your video call
  • Microsoft — for email delivery

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

We retain booking records for 7 years in accordance with legal and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your data where there is no legal obligation to retain it.

8. Cookies and advertising measurement

We use essential session cookies and similar storage where necessary to secure the website and manage your booking flow. These essential technologies cannot be switched off through our cookie controls.

With your consent, we use Google Ads conversion tracking to understand whether an advertisement results in a completed booking and to assess advertising performance. When a booking is successfully completed, Google may receive the amount paid, the currency, a unique booking reference used to prevent duplicate conversion records, and technical information associated with the advertising visit. We do not send Google your name, email address, telephone number, payment-card information, or the contents of your declaration through this conversion event.

Advertising measurement is disabled by default. You can select “Accept all”, “Reject non-essential”, or use “Manage choices” in our cookie banner. Refusing advertising cookies does not affect your ability to make a booking. Where advertising measurement is accepted, Google Ads may store or access cookies and process information according to Google's Business Data Responsibility information.

Your choice is stored in your browser. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time through the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page.
